To track your package, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number. If you’ve set up an account on GooFoto.com, you can also login to access tracking information for your entire order. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays or severe weather conditions.

If you decide that your Goofoto products aren’t right for you within 30 days, we’re happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. Please get in touch with us at service@goofoto.com. We’ll work with you to arrange a pickup and refund you in full. Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks.
